So.... a lot of commenters have been criticizing Algerian actrees Sofia Boutella for not being "dark enough" to play the eponymous ancient Egyptian character of The Mummy.
These commenters are nothing but a bunch of fools for a number of reasons:

These commenters are nothing but a bunch of fools for a number of reasons:
- Like some people have pointed out, Sofia is from Algeria which is next to Egypt. Both countries are obviously located in Africa (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1154749/). LOL at the guy who says she is Russian.
- The term 'Arab' doens't refer to a race, but to a pan-ethnic group.
- Sofia is fairly dark herself (she is wearing make-up in the picture above)
- Egyptians thenselves weren't/aren't neither black or white.
