Deep Silver wants release Atlus' upcoming titles on the 3DS around the same time as they hit North America: http://gematsu.com/2017/06/etrian-odysse...ing-europe
Deep Silver has taken over as a publisher for Atlus via Sega's interaction after Sega played a hand in ending the deal between Nis America and Atlus where they would take turns publishing each others titles in the West. No release dates have been set in either North America or Europe, but the intended release windows are very similar, with the most notable difference being being the release of Etrian Odyssey V, which is set for release in the fall for North America, and Winter in Europe. That said, the release may be a little as a month apart as both are aiming to be released this year and Etrian is likely to not to release until late October or early November, while a winter 2017 release for the game in Europe would be in December. As for the remaining two titles, Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux and Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, are both set for an early 2018 release period.
