Mortal Kombat X Jason Voorhees's chest baby.

This does actually happen to every character in the game, not just Jason. Much like in the movies, the Xenomorph takes on a part of the beaten enemy (host) such as Raiden's dǒulì hat, Erron Black's cowboy hat and (what this thread was made for) Jason's hockey mask.
