You should definetely give OPM a try. The characters are likeable, Yususke Murata's art is beyond amazing and the action scenes while quite predictable regarding "who would win" are still really well done. The series also does a great job at fullfilling it's purpose, which is to be parody of super heroe comicbooks and action-packed shonen*, Saitama himself being a parody of overpowered characters.
*Contrary to popular (western) belief, Shonen is not a genre, but rather, a demographic classification. Think of "Shonen" as the manga equivalent of the American PG-13, or the ESRB T rating, or PEGI 13. Ironically, One Punch-Man itself is Seinen (rated M for Mature/PEGI 18).
