Gravity Falls is surprisingly good for a cartoon that's on the Disney channel. The characters are quirky and I love how they put to much detail into it as there's a large sense of mystery clouding it.
Adventure Time is another good one that I should get back to watching. Props to the creator for making such a creative world with an interesting (and somewhat dark) back story.
