I have an Xbox 360 this generation, there should be no (logical) reason that Microsoft shouldn't get my money in the next generation. But here they are throwing thousands if not millions of gamers out the window for the sake of distrusting them.
"Oh if you bought our game legally then we'd give you full access to online multiplayer, in-game items, content, all you have to do redeem that code".
Not everyone in the world has a good Internet connection or an Internet at all! So what're they gonna do. This whole online pass/DLC stuff is bollocks.
I would easily put the Xbox 360 as the best console of this generation(in my opinion(and I do have a Wii/PS3 and like 'em both)) but if this "always online" is true then I don't plan on buying the next console and it seems nor do many other Xbox 360 owners.
Yeah. I gotta say that Microsoft did it very good this generation, but as far as we know, Sony is going to beat them in this next-gen.
More for Microsoft's (shitty) behaviour, than for the PS4 itself.
