New Creation club content seems to be just as bad, if more worse than before: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJ8HZxyrDWY
Basically what's going on here is that Bethesda is sticking some Doom related content on Fallout 4 with the original armor shown on the cover of the first Doom, and the BFG, which each cost 400 credits. Of course that means if you want both items, you can't buy the $7.99 credits package it only gives you 750 credits, which means the best option is to buy the 1500 credits package for $14.99 because paying $7.99 twice is a dollar more expensive. Skyrim is also getting DLC, but they are charging for a survival mode that will cost 500 credits, even though that same mode was free in Fallout 4. These microtransaction choices clearly and definitively fall into the same thing you can expect of free to play games, and Bethesda doesn't seem to care.
