Thats how I feel about it. Sure they have some shady practices, but like, they aren't as bad as Konami, and I can guarantee there is a bunch of stuff you don't know about Konami being a terrible company.

Saying one company is worse than another does not excuse the lesser evil for lack of a better term, not at all. Even more so because as far as I know, Konami is only a problem to current and former employees, although good luck with them trying to screw with people who Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft tell them to back off from. Konami does not have that much weight to throw around anymore. Bethesda on the other hand does, and they use it to bully smaller companies out of their IP's so far as we know because they won't comment on it, which is all kinds of shady, and we know for a fact they'll bully an indie company into changing their game's name despite being obviously different. When you start taking your bad habits and forcing them on other people it's hard to argue that they can be excused because someone did something worse.
