So today I watched The Red Turtle.
That was brilliant. Without the need of dialogue, the movie managed to convey theĀ desperation, frustration, doubt, intrigue, happiness and madness the protagonists experience. Instead, itĀ uses the true scope of animation and a great sound desing in order to tell the a very simple yet effective story. I would like to say more but given that this is a cinematic expirence I'm afraid I might spoil you the whole thing.
On a side note, the secondary characters, who serve as comic relief like the crabs, are very entertaining and fun.
