Design-wise I love the PlayStation controllers - I just adore the symbols (the iconic cross-triangle-circle-square design) and the PS2 was a huge part of my childhood.
But I also like using the DS and Switch controllers too.
Also, I never used one, but the NeGcon for the PS1 looks pretty quirky, but in a good way.
