Nintendo released a new trailer for Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury trailer.
EDIT: So pretty much everyone is saying that the new Mario transformation is a reference to the Super Saiyan. However, there is also the case that Nintendo could be making a reference to a Komainu. A mythological Japanese guardian, a breed between a lion and a dog.
