When you're making cartoons, films, games, and entertainment you hear the phrase "You don't wanna have Too Many Cooks" all the time. The idea is that if you have too many writers, producers, and artists then your idea become over-written, over-complicated, impossible to finish and non-cohesive. That's the whole point.
