Moving on from Toonami, remenber that scene in the Komi-San anime where Komi's mom says that she's "an eternal 17 years old"? Many people don't seem to get that this a voice actor joke.
Komi's mom is voiced by Kikuko Inoue. A recurring gag with her is that she's "forever 17". Every time someone ask her age she says she's 17. Kikuko Inoue has a fixation with the number 17 in general.
