So I want to try to compile a good Top Five list, and I'm going with a theme of Star Trek.
I want to hear what the rest of the site would like to see, and perhaps see if anything new can be found.
I'm also aiming for just one game from the series, meaning I don't want to just dump 5 Fallout pieces, despite how chock full of Star Trek it is.

Possibly a reference to 4chan, where many pictures of famous characters are misquoted. In this case, a Michelangelo quote from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Captain Picard from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

In the level 2-3, Lunar Apocalypse-Warp Factor, there are a few hidden rooms referencing Star Trek: the Next Generation. You can find the Bridge of the Starship Enterprise and Captain Picard's Ready Room, which includes his desk and fish tank. There is also a secret "Really Ready Room" inside Picard's Ready Room, suggesting that Picard had a secret porn stash.

There are a number of references to the Star Trek series in the game;
• A Goblin Doctor known as "Doc" found in Area 52 will say "Damnit Boots, I'm a doctor not a priest!" after turning in the quest "That Little Extra Kick." This is in reference to Dr. McCoy from Star Trek :The Original Series.
• Also in Area 52 are several Goblin NPCs working on a rocket, all wearing Gold Shirts and Black pants, in reference to the Engineering crews of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Chief Engineer "Trep" is in reference to Chief Engineer Charles "Trip" Tucker from Star Trek: Enterprise. "Trep" also has a quest named "Report to Engineering" in which the player must deliver Etherlithium Matrix Crystals to him, referencing the Dilithium Matrix Crystals which regulates the anti-matter flow for the ships in the Star Trek series.
• In the Exodar Holographic Emitters, there are five NPCs by the names of Curzon, Tobin, Torias, Emony, and Audrid. All five of these are in reference to Dax's previous hosts from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
• The camp "Bash'ir Landing" may be another reference to Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, namely to Julian Bashir the Chief Medical Officer of Deep Space Nine.
• Warden Treelos, a lone-surviving Druid near Cenarion Thicket will randomly yell "There are four lights!" This is a reference to Captain Picard from Star Trek: The Next Generation, specifically from the two-part episode Chain of Command.
• In Gadgetzan, there is a Gnome Engineer wearing a gold shirt and black pants with the name "Jhordy Lapforge", in reference to Geordi La Forge from Star Trek:The Next Generation.
• Another gold-and-black Gnome Engineer can be found in Blade's Edge Mountains by the name of Smiles O'Byron, in reference to Chief Miles "Smiley" O'Brien from both Star Trek:The Next Generation and Star Trek:Deep Space Nine. She also mentions a female 2nd officer, saying "Stella Skyfire reporting for duty! She's Captain Cosmos' second in command, at least for the first few episodes..."

A modified Mister Gutsy, named "Sawbones", can be found at the Citadel. When first encountered, it greets the player with the phrase "Please state the nature of the medical emergency." This is a reference to the EMH Mk 1 program (aka The Doctor) from Star Trek: Voyager. In addition to the phrase, it also shares a similar personality to The Doctor which includes the bad bedside manners, as well as an interest in arts (in Sawbone's case, writing poetry) which separates it from normal Mister Gutsys, much like how The Doctor stood out among his EMH counterparts.
There is a special encounter in which you come across a stone ring called the "Guardian of Forever."
If you pass through it, you are instantly transported into Vault 13, where you can find good loot, as well as come across a Computer Terminal with a "functioning water chip." You cannot leave this area until you interact with the computer. Doing this will make you accidentally break the Water-Chip giving you 1000 exp and the message "You have broken the water chip... the vault has maybe 100-150 days left of water. This comforts you for some reason."
