Remasters and Remakes are essentially the same thing as far as I know of, which pretty much had been the case with games that have remastered in their title. Whether The Wonderful 101 on the Switch gets it's own VGFacts page or gets Switch added to the VGFacts page that's already there, that'll depend on what sort of re-release it actually is: https://www.vgfacts.com/game/thewonderful101/

Yeah, I can understand the confussion, specially considering how sometimes it looks like the videogame industry itself doesn't know the difference between either.

To keep it short, a remake is a game that is being made once again (hence "remake") from the ground-up. A remaster is (most of the time) improved visuals.

Examples of remakes include Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2, which are remakes of the two original Yakuza games for the PS2 (simply titled Yakuza 1 and Yakuza 2). Yakuza Kiwami was made from the ground-up, and so was Kiwami 2.

An example of a remaster could be the Yakuza 3 remaster, as well as the remastered versions of Yakuza 4 and Yakuza 5. They all feature improved visuals (1080p and 60fps) over their original counterparts.

Hope this clears it up. Cheers!
