Youtube but not the videos

There is some stupid glitch on Youtube right now, where you can hear the audio of a video, but you can't actually see anything and I think it's mainly recently uploaded videos. They also become watchable only after 30 minutes of being uploaded.

That's because they're still being processed. You just have to wait it out.
