And he says "more or less" in almost every sentence. It's his filler word. Like how some kids say "like" he says "more or less" at the beginning of a sentence, or after a rest. "More or less, we need to get this done." or "So I was thinking, more or less, this needs to get done." and every time he says more or less, I want to punch him in the face. More or less...
