It's an internet meme, referencing the film Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo. Breakin' 2 was released on nine months after the original film, and is considered to be terrible, and a dumb sequel to a film that didn't need one. So now the term Electric Boogaloo is put at the end of dumb/unwarranted/unwanted sequels to things.
It's also used for odd named sequels such as Final Fantasy Dissidia 012, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow or Breakin's 2: Electric Boogaloo.
