Every single time a game comes out that's called "the scariest game ever" it most likely isn't.

I have no idea what your talking about, fan of the first "scariest game that we know of" (aka Resident Evil).

I've never thought of Resident Evil as a scary game. Silent Hill has always been way scarier to me.

Like, seriously, there's a "scariest game ever made" released every year. Multiple times. The games may be scary to some but you can hardly call something that just happens to be new and spooky the scariest ever.
