If people are going to complain about water in a Pokemon game, the best game for that Ultra Sun and Moon. I know there are islands so it makes sense there's a lot of water, but Mantine Surfing is incredibly bare bones and is either too easy because nothing is there, or too hard because you can't avoid all the obstacles. There's hardly an in between. Also, it's not fun. All you do is go up in the air and move the analog stick or the D-pad the right way and hope the combo you wanted to do actually happens. Even at that though, because most of the water and be avoided through boats, it's not mandatory, so it's easy to avoid, and I suggest you do it unless you want some of the okay TM's you can get. A lot of hype did go into that trailer though, and we got so little out of it, so it was a disappointment.
