New game pages can't be made while submissions are on lock-down.

So basically trivia submissions can't be moved to other pages? They can only be edited or straight-up deleted?

Funnily enough this Submission was initially reported onto a different Hyrule Warriors page, of which I was able to report the mistake, which got fixed: https://www.vgfacts.com/trivia/11067/

But yeah, I guess submissions we've reported for being on the wrong page in the past year or so won't be fixed till Posting Submissions are no longer disabled, like with what you mentioned, and like with this Submission of mine (which should have it's Own Kirby Super Star Ultra page): https://www.vgfacts.com/trivia/10401/
