It's International though so all over Europe too. UK, Germany, France etc. I'm sure Finland participate too.
I would benefit from this if there was a single comic store within a few hundred mile radius.
Some bookstores participate, too. Half Priced Books, a local book store in my area, did it. Next year, try bringing it up to a local bookstore. The comic books they get are free too. They don't pay for anything either. So they'd probably profit if they put some comic books that weren't free in the area and said "Try reading these great comics as well." or something.
