The painting in the meeting room of the First World Bank is of Team 7200, who were the first people ever to get into the secret vault. There's an off chance you'll see a "creepy version" of it while playing the heist. These features were added through a patch, along with two plaques in the secret vault that have the names of the people who helped unlock the secret.
