3DS Friend Code Exchange? (for the sake of Friend Safari)

I cannot think of a better place to do so; in the new Pokemon games, it pays to have as many registered friends as possible so as to unlock more of the Friend Safaris in Kiloude City, so I figure we can all help each other out here.
