There's snow, it's freaking cold outside, and I'm trying to warm up a bit after getting the Uhaul before taking boxes out. I noticed the new Rage Quit video was up, but apparently the next gen systems are giving Lets Players recording issues:
Would someone mind telling me what the problem is? I'm afraid if I look it up I'll waste too much time and end up not understanding it anyway.

I'm only assuming this is about the HDCP thing, can't watch the video right now because I'm watching a stream. Anyway, HDCP is a copy protection thing that does not allow the audio and video to travel through any other connections apart from straight console to TV. That means no capture device will work with a system that uses the HDCP, the PS4 in this case. You can either only stream the games through the console's Twitch integration or just mod the console, which is illegal and might get your account banned.
Sony, however, has stated that they will eventually patch the HDCP support out so people can stream and LP their stuff like previously. The HDCP is there to prevent pirating movies etc. through your console.
