Black Friday
#1
Well, next thing's up.
After being thankful for what we have, LET THE HUNGER GAMES BEGIN!
Today is Black Friday, and I hope you're all going to be safe today.

Ahh, black Friday. The news here loves to talk about it, showing how feral people can get.
It's insane.

It shows us that we're just one potential reward away from wild animals.

What they should do, is have Black Friday as usual, sell all the goods, but make it so that all the boxes are EMPTY. Put something in that weighs the same, but other than that, NO PRODUCT.
People would then realise that they did all of that for nothing and come storming back to the store. At that point, you point at the tiny small-print saying "only packaging can be sold on black Friday."
That or just give all the store clerks carte blanche on taser usage.

EDIT - I have no idea why my writing is so big, but I like it.

I knew a girl back in college that would go to every black Friday and not shop. She just enjoyed being able to run around, scream and shove people like she was in a mosh pit without getting kicked out of the store.

I never go to such madness myself.

This is the only day where people act like complete zombies just to be the first in the store to get the latest thing that they probably wont use after Christmas.

This is why I love online shopping. Get the same potential deals without the hassle of having to elbow an old woman in the face for the thing you KNOW DAMN WELL I SAW IT FIRST, GIMME!

Also I bought Borderlands 2: GOTY for the PS3 for $30 where yesterday it was around $58. So WOOT! Decided to also get the Christmas Carol (The one with Jim Carrey cause Disney still hasn't released the original version of Muppets Christmas Carol with "When Love is Gone" not cut out) and Pacific Rim.

Now no more shopping for me till after New Year cause I have so many movies and games right now to keep me occupied it will probably be around February before I'm fully finished.

I'm just happy that I got my birthday present 19-20 days early, and I didn't have to leave the house to get it.

Too bad I haven't been able to play it yet, with my sister and brother-in-law being on the PS3 and TV.

I'm happy we don't have any kind of Black Friday over here.

Mostly because it seems like a very scary place to go to, and I know that if it was over here, I'd have to drag myself to the places I want to go because I would never forgive myself if there was a ridiculous deal on some vidya that I missed out on.

Fun Fact: Black Friday is almost 100% a scam.

Also, this is a fun read.

Wait, crud...
I was in that Wal-Mart with the trampling last night a few weeks ago. It's the second closest Wal-Mart to my house... That's the the city I went College in.
Wait... I knew people going to that one to get discounts... Wonder if they saw anything happening or ever noticed.

Mine was not on sale so I'm not sure why I got this and not Skyward Sword, which was $15.

Funny, I actually went to see the Hunger Games today and I must say they have more courtesy than the people that are hunting for deals today. I have never been out to a black friday nor do I plan to take part in this festival of fuckery ever in my life.
