Tried reloading, still messed up. Doing this in chrome works fine. Maybe it's safari?

I'm looking at it in FireFox and it's working for me. Maybe it's Chrome.

I don't have this issue on Firefox.
I don't have the issue on Chrome either. Of course, I'm on PC as opposed to IPad.

It works perfectly for me on all browsers, Mac, PC, and iPad so I'm not entirely sure what's going on. At first, I thought it might be AdBlock related but it seems that you're not running it, based on your last screenshot. Can you provide some more specifics? (i.e. is this a recent occurrence? Have you tried clearing cookies?)

I'm on PC now, and it's working fine. Yeah, I think it's Safari.

Such a random issue, too; the fact that the rest are (somewhat) fine is just bizarre...

It's not Safari though. Safari on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone all display the site fine so I'm really confused as to what's going on for you. Doubly so due to, as Dazz said, that the rest if the page loads correctly (for the most part), indicating that this isn't a style sheet cache issue.
