I just posted a trivia post for Resident Evil 2 on this subject, but I guess the one that got accepted has more detail.
Well, anyway, in the trivia, it should be noted that, yes, Brad Vickers was in fact in Resident Evil, BUT he died in Resident Evil 3. It should also be noted that during Resident Evil 2 was released, people were confused why you were fighting him as a zombie. It was in Resident Evil 3 were it actually shows that he got infected.
I just thought I should say this because Brad only had a short appearence in Resident Evil 1, and people might be confused.
