The jingle that plays when you save your game in a Link Between Worlds is the same noise that plays when you us the "flute" in a Link to the Past, albeit higher pitched and a little faster.

(Not Link playing the flute, but his theme is the noise that plays with the flute as well)

Considering the connection between the flute and the Kakariko Village weather vane in A Link to the Past, that's a neat little link between the two games. I imagine Link Between Worlds is full of them.
