This is a robot I found in Windshear Hold.
It had a little girl next to it so I figured it was a Bioshock reference.
I looked up its wiki, and lo and behold, it has a counterpart called large daddy in Krom'gar Fortress.

Both reference Big Daddies from Bioshock.
