On the back of the box of the PAL release of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z, it states that you can play as for the first time Goku in his Super Saiyan God transformation (see image attached below). This statement is however only half true, as although it's the first game to be released in the West with Super Saiyan God Goku as playable, it's actually the third overall.
Super Saiyan God Goku was first made playable in an update for the Japanese-exclusive arcade fighter Dragon Ball: Zenkai Battle Royale in 2013.

Later he was made playable in the arcade game Dragon Ball Heroes, again also exclusively in Japan in 2013.
