New info on FE: Fates Bravely Second and DQ7 (some info exclusive to NA)
#1
I just watched a video that confirmed some new info on Dragon Quest 7, Fire Emblem Fates and Bravely Second. First off, DQ7 will have no random encounters in the Western port and instead enemies will be on the map to be encountered.

Bravely Second will have a demo that lasts about 10 hours like Bravely Default did and some bonuses will be carried over to the main game. North America is also getting a collectors Edition of the game that's different from the European one in that it will include a 250 page Artbook and 10 track CD. The release date for North America is also April 15th.

Finally Fire Emblem Fates' first new map will be released on the 19th following it's initial release and the maps will be weekly. Also, Fire Emblem is getting it's own new 3DS XL without the games due to the Special Edition. The Revelations story will be released in at least in North America on March 10th.

That's all the new info I could gather but if anyone else has any news about any of these I missed share it. Otherwise, what are your opinions on this news? Personally, I'm quite excited, even more so for DQ because it looks like this is an attempt to cut down on several hours of grinding that the original version is known for (DQ 7 is known for taking up to 3 times longer than any main series DQ game due to it's grinding, which is needed to beat the game because the final boss basically required you to be several levels higher than any DQ game before or after 7).

Sadly no, or if they did, I can't find it. I'm assuming it will be something like a month to 5 weeks before the game releases though, considering that's how it worked before.
