That question is poorly worded.

Which platform you prefer to play games on?
Windows, Android, Steam, Online and Consoles?

Windows is technically a platform, Android should probably just say mobile, Steam is an application for Windows that people use to purchase and play games, Online is just a word, and Consoles are, in fact, consoles.
