At the Arkham Origins panel at Comic Con 2013, WB Montreal announced that there would be a special reward for players who cleared the game 100%, a new skin dubbed the "Worst Nightmare" Batsuit. It was to be a physical representation of how Batman's enemies viewed him at the time, a mythical monster.
Sadly though, it was cut as a costume and 100%-ers got nothing. However, it did make into the game as what Joker sees the Batman as during Joker's monologue with Harley and at the end of the game.

Modders have been able to put characters that were only playable in small parts of the game (Such as Deathstroke for the Pre-Order DLC) and allow them to free-roam Gotham. But when they played as Joker, they found he can use silent takedowns even know he never gets into any stealth missions in any parts of the game. Some fans speculate Joker was originally going to have DLC but the the truth is, Joker's moveset is carried from Arkham Asylum's DLC and uses all of his moves from that game.
