I know PixelXenoKing is gonna look forward to the Octodad. Looking forward to the Mario games especially Sunshine and I believe I saw Super Mario World on there also.

The Lost Vikings: Any run that is an old puzzle platformer is always cool, especially when it's one player, 2 controllers playing three characters. This is gonna be good.
Trials Fusion: I've actually been following the runs of this game as it grows. It's scary amazing what the top guys, including TheBlazeJp, can do with this game now. HYPE.
Paper Mario: TTYD. Almo is the best Paper Mario TTYD runner in the world at this point. It will be awesome, I guarantee it.
Psychonauts: This run is becoming more popular, and it's non stop action platforming at it's finest.

Not much. A lot of what I want to see I've watched at A/SGDQ from the last 2 years and by better players(in some cases).
Monkey Ball is always hype and I'm interested in seeing more Dust Force. Lineup is pretty good but nothing stands out that I haven't seen before.
