Daryl, why are you starring in a game where you are likely to die every 6 minutes?

It would be like if I NEVER bought a new Sega game if it wasn't on the Dreamcast, it's just being retarded. I understand if you're not willing to dish out £800 or so on three consoles to play all the exclusives, but if you like a series, have the money and want to play it and the only thing holding you back is the fact "xbawks is evil ;_;" then idk maybe you guys should choose another hobby or something.

This is just like Bayonetta 2 all over again.

Yes because everyone has 400 dollars plus to throw at a console just to play the exclusive. If you got that money, great, but not everyone does, so think logically before you say something stupid like that again.

It's Polygon so I wouldn't bother considering what they say even credible. That being said there's a lot of PR marketing words that doesn't mean it is exclusive. Give this a month or so 'till we get more details before going Angry Joe on this.

In all honesty I bought an Xbox One just for Killer Instinct back in December of 2013. 8 months on I still play it a lot and am eagerly awaiting Season 2. If you ask anyone who plays fighting games who also bought the Xbox One, they also feel the same.

Remember games have always done this. I loved Final Fantasy 3(6) but was pretty pissed (even at age 6) to found out the next Final Fantasy game would be on a Sony console. Or how I loved Abes Oddysee/Exoddus only to find Munches Oddysee would be on the original Xbox. It happens. I disagree with it since everyone should experience all these awesome games...but it happens.

Metal Gear Solid V will be coming to PC via Steam.

I think that's pretty exciting, but I'm going to stick with the PS4 version for now. It interests me more for the future of the Metal Gear series, maybe they will bring the HD collection to Steam one day. That would be cool.

edit: And also the Tomb Raider 2013-2 Xbone deal is not forever, but has an unspecified duration. This definitely raises the odds of me purchasing it from 0%.

Your reply does nothing to address the fact that some people don't have that kind of cash, which is the only thing I said about why that was stupid, so I have no idea what the point was.

I don't think you understood my point.

I said that if you had the money and didn't want to buy the console for the exclusive game THAT YOU LIKE just because it was on the Xbox and you think Xbox is evil or something along those lines, you're being retarded.

You think I'm saying that everyone should dish out £800 to buy all the consoles for the exclusives they will bring.

SILENT HILLS. Oh my God guys, THAT GAME!

The demo is out now for PSN on PS4, at least in the US. Should be on EU regions too but not sure. For those who can't play it, here is the full playthrough.

I played PT and I thought it was ok. It was the most horrifying game I've played, but the gameplay itself was pretty bad. Though, from what I've heard the gameplay was purposefully not good to make it take longer for people to figure out it was Silent Hills.

I'm wondering if they will go with the first person mode that was in the playable teaser, or if they'll switch it to a third person mode like in the previous games. I'm not sure how I feel about the first person mode.

Like Zaliphone said above, some things were changed in the demo to make it not seem like a Silent Hill game. I also think the third person mode was to hide who the main character was, as even the mirror in the bathroom was broken just so that you couldn't see your character's face.

Was hoping the Xbone would've gotten this too but this IGN "playthrough" was enough. Eh. I think it's also more of a tech demo. The graphic detail(since it's on the Fox Engine) looks incredible and the honestly atmospheric and tension building is set up extremely well in that trailer. Also, listening to that trailer with headphones made my body tingle. The surround sound detail is pretty incredible. It's promising for the Silent Hill series and after watching that P.T, it's something I'm looking out for now.

Edit: Oh and the trailer for the trailer was bullshit. That one woman screaming her arse off. Geez that's annoying. I hope she got paid well for that acting.
