KNCTR Problem

So, about 2 months ago, I tried to install a Pixelmon mod early in the morning. He linked a download to download KNCTR. I was too dumb to even notice it while I was half awake. After that, my computer turned into a one way trip to Cthulu's Realm. Oh yeah he also said to install Open Download Manager, but that wasn't the big problem. I uninstalled KNCTR but since just uninstalling it from Control Panel usually doesn't result in 100% removal, so I roamed the internet for a guide. I've tried some stuff, didn't seem to work. I'm suprised I just mentioned this today. Here are some effects I've encountered.
-Random downloads.
-Random Internet explorer pages.
-Videos take forever to buffer
-Computer crashes or becomes laggy if not used for a while. (Usually a few hours.)
-My brain explodes.
I would love some help. If you actually read this all, I love you.

Virus scan, then malwarebytes.
Try those.

If you don't have an ssd, then also get defraggler afterwards and run a defrag.

Already tried Spybot and AdwCleaner. I'm thinking of installing KNCTR again and then trying to do that.
