So, there is a series of glitches involving Flavio in Paper Mario: A thousand year Door. I'm making a thread about it so I can show several videos explaining it and some places that it can happen.
Starting at 3 hours, 43 minutes and 50 seconds, an explanation of this glitch is given. The character Flavio is supposed to join your party for a very short time in chapter 5. However, it's possible to have Flavio join your party and go straight into chapter six without beating chapter 5 (due to more glitches). The game then attempts to put Flavio in your party in many places he doesn't belong and in cutscenes he does not belong in. He will never leave your party.
