The Demon Child is a biological (and magical, I guess) monstrosity.
That Colossus just looks like a robot. There really isn't anything tying them together other than "they vaguely look alike." That's not enough for a decent trivia submission.

I forgot the most obvious of them all, the two armor sets from Dragon's Dogma, thanks to a collaboration between Capcom and the Berserk Golden Age Arc film.
