Ahhh, the good old Polnareff's hairstyle..... , there's someone who rocks the hairstyle better than Paul, and his name is Benimaru Nikaido (KOF):

You wanna know why? Becuase he doens't use things like spray or hair gel to keep that up. Instead, the guy uses static electricity (as seen in some of his intros), which I think is really creative if you ask me.
