Honorable mention(and last one on the subject) Risky Boots from the Shantae series.
She's one badass pirate. And one of the best written female pirates I've seen. I do hope that Wayforward considers doing a spin-off series focusing on her.

Favorite backstabber. Put your choice under a spoiler for obvious reasons.
Dimitri Rascalov of GTA IV.
When he first introduced he cames across as a "nerdy" guy who only wanted to be calm and fix people... then out of nowhere he screws you over and constantly makes your life a pain. In fact, the reason why the deal between Niko and Luis during "Ladies Half Price/Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend" felt trough was because Dimitri told Ray Bulgarin about it.
Then when confronted by Niko he begs for his life like the coward he actually is.
Easily the best antagonist of GTA IV. Rockstar did a good job at making him a hateful character.

Frank Fontaine AKA Atlas from BioShock
This son of a bitch. Not only is he a guy who backstabs you, he's doing it by brainwashing you. He can ask you to do what ever he wants and make it look like you're doing it to help him out. Even when he's not using hypnotic trigger words, he's still lying about details going on. Even in the DLC for BioShock Infinite, Burial at Sea, he's still liying to get Liz to do his dirty work. Dude doesn't care about you or his men. He just wants to rule over a run down, underwater city.
There's also this one, but I'm not sure if I like her or not.
Neyla from Sly 2: Band of Thevies
To sum her up, here's a quote from her. "I double crossed the Cooper Gang, INTERPOL and Carmelita... what made you think I wouldn't do the same to you?"

Technomancer. By this, I mean any character who's abilities that are based in in-universe science appear to be magic. Sci-Fi fantasy lends well here.
For this, I am going with the Asari Justicar Samara who made her debut in Mass Effect 2. As a biotics user, she's straight up a space wizard.

Sure. We really are too formal with this given how impromptu it is. Throw in a Jedi if ya want :D

Well, I going to use Young Bulma from Dragon Ball.
I mean, when Kid Goku first met her, her technology seemmed like magic to him, so I guess it counts.
