Since Wikipedia isn't a viable (direct) source and this isn't on Metal Slug Wiki for whatever reason I'll make this little thread for it.
Metal Slug 6 has never seen a standalone release in Western countries and all releases have been in compilations with other MS games.
MS6 on Wikipedia. Check the "release dates" part in the information box on the right. Both arcade and PS2 versions are Japan exclusive while the Western release is only included in the Complete Collection on PC and Anthology on PS2.
