So I'm trying to remember this videogame commercial. I saw it on TV years ago, and this is all I can remember about it:
It's a series of home-movie (or live newscast maybe?) style shots of some people building IRL versions of weapons from the game. The people's model weapons are life-size, but hoaky and clearly non-functional - however, a montage / series of frames shows them testing the models and to everyone's surprise, giant (CG) explosions result.
Anyone?
I thought it was Sonic the Hedgehog or something, but a quick Youtube of that series' ads yielded nothing :/
