I found a pair of flippers in the Trading Post in West Clocktown that resemble the Zora Flippers seen throughout the series. Although they are not identical to others I've seen, in this game they are clearly made to look like part of a Zora with the color of Zoras in OoT and MM, along with their spotted skin. They're hanging at the upper-left corner behind the salesman, above the crates.
I took a picture of them on my 3DS, with my phone, and uploaded the image. The bottom image is from A Link Between Worlds.
I couldn't find any in-game shots of the flippers on the web and do not have anything to do it myself. Unless the 3DS XL can, but I have not figured out how to do it if so.
