Video game series which need another installment
#31
Final fantasy, Mario, Pokemon, and CALL OF DUTY!!!...Just kidding.
I would LOVE to see a new Metroid game (not a fps one or hybrid, but like Super Metroid and Fusion), Shining Force, Timesplitters and V8 were already said, and friggin Yoshi's Island. Seriously, they've done DK, Kirby, Wario, and even Luigi now; where is Yoshi's Island?

It's a yarn game and it looks bad.
Oh wow I have not heard of this. What is up with Nintendo and yarn jeez.

I would like to see sequels to God Hand, Road Rash, and Maximo.

While this game only had one title, I would love to see Radiata Stories which was an amazing PS2 RPG with a day and night element that also worked really well with how you recruited members throughout the day because EVERY NPC had their own unique schedule. Only con about the game was how annoying everyone was in combat, every swing would cause the main character to grunt and cry out and what not.

Another 2D Metroid Fusion (Your putting Super Metroid on the Wii U, can't you make a Fusion sequel? c=)

Now that I think of it, a Star Wars Battlefront 3 would be great. I've sunken in so many hours between the PS2 and PC version of Battlefront 2.

F-ZERO! We need a new F-ZERO game, Nintendo! You can't keep Captain Falcon down forever!

Also, the MOTHER series needs a new game. Now.

Yeah, many people are hyping its announcement.

Totally agree with Suikoden. I really want to see the "final battle" between Yuber and Pesmerga, but it sounds like the lore setup from the first 3 games has been largely abandoned. Oh well.

Other than that, I'd vote for another Shadow Hearts! (Or at least the Shadow Hearts battle system? Please?)

Definitely would love another Timesplitters game. Future Perfect was one of my all time favorites. Shadow of the Colossus would also be a great game for another installment.

we need another Jak and Daxter.

Shame Naughty Dog implied that the 4th installment was scrapped.

Also F Zero, Klonoa, Mega man X and Ape Escape.

While not a series, it would be nice if Tresure made a sequel to Dynamite Headdy.

Crytek bought the Timesplitters series and there's been rumours of a new Timesplitters :)

I'd love to see a new Tomba! sequel but that isn't gonna happen because whoopee camp went out of business :(
Oh, and I wonder if they're ever going to finish making that Joe and Mac HD remake.

Apparently a non-commercial HD remake of the three games is in development and the team behind it are working closely with Crytek on the project:
