The first, and only, video game based on a Finnish movie license is Uuno Turhapuro muuttaa maalle (Numbskull Emptybrook moves to the countryside).
It's weird that this is literally the only game like this that exists, even though there have been a lot of movies made here that have been sold commercially in other countries. Not to mention that there are like 20 movies in this one series alone.

Wikipedia page. Here you can find a mention of it being the first. Being the only one I can't really find a proof for, probably because there is not a lot of information on Finnish games online, let alone in English. You'll just have to take my word for it, having lived here all my life. Either that or check a complete list on video games developed in this country. Well, not that complete, it's only a Wikipedia page.
