The Chaos Card in Binding of Isaac is actually the Chaos Orb card from Magic the Gathering.

Both cards even act in the same way. In Isaac, the card is thrown and it will instantly kill everything it touches on its way. While the card stays on the ground after throwing it is unusable afterwards.
