This is possibly a reference to The Beatles song "Glass Onion" which features the lyrics: "I told you about the Walrus and me man, you know we as close as can be man, well here's another clue for you all: The Walrus was Paul."
Side Note: Could be a coincidence but the line in the song is actually seen by some as supposed "evidence" for the whole "Paul is Dead" Theory. (as Walrus symbolizes death is some cultures or something.) Given the whole game of Bad Milk is supposed to be about reincarnation, this could be why they included it.
