In Ken's stage, his original stage from Street Fighter Alpha was replaced with a beach stage in Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. However, the stage bares a strong resemblance to the Street Fighter II artwork of all the characters (including the Final Fight characters) in the beach, except the only characters in the stage are Guile, Blanka, Cammy, Dee Jay, Zangief, E. Honda, M. Bison, Sagat, Balrog & Vega (if you can see him on the mountain).

I want to submit a fact about Hugo in the background of "Skyscraper Under Construction", but first I need to know about the update change of when did they change Hugo to a constructor (when you play as Hugo in that stage).

In Super Street Fighter IV, Hugo from Final Fight can be seen in the background in Metro City stage, 'Skyscraper Under Construction'. When the Ultra Street Fighter IV Announcement Trailer was released, two Hugos can be seen for playable and background. This was later fix in the final version, if the player select Hugo to play in 'Skyscraper Under Construction', the other Hugo in the background would be replaced by a different made up character.
