Yacht Club wants to do a 3D Shovel Knight game(and sequel)

Now this is news that really sparked my day. Yacht Club. Who developed Shovel knight. Has just revealed that they want to do a 3D shovel knight game(to recapture the 'feel' of games of Super Mario 64). Along with commenting on not doing a sequel to the original game would be very silly(which sort of hints that there may be a sequel in the planning stages). Since I just got my hands on Shovel knight for the 3DS, I'm excited. I want to see Yacht pull this off.

I think they said this already back when Shovel Knight first came out or something. They are just getting all the DLC out first.

When I was at the Pax convention last year, playing off the demo with Plague Knight. I asked if the person(who was from Yacht) if they were going to make a sequel to the game. The guy told me that they were still working with the DLC stuff, but have plenty of ideas where a sequel could go.
